Arbitral tribunal bans Gazprom from continuing legal proceedings against CEZ in Russia

In an international arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), commenced in February 2023, CEZ is seeking to have Gazprom pay it damages in excess of one billion crowns for failing to deliver the contracted natural gas in 2022.
