CEZ defended a prestigious anti-corruption certificate according to international standards

CEZ has successfully defended difficult certification of its anti-corruption management system according to ISO 37001:2016. This particular certification was first obtained by CEZ Group in autumn 2021, as the first energy company in Central Europe and the first company listed on the Prague Stock Exchange. Compliance with the conditions for maintaining the certificate is checked by periodic surveillance audits, and once every three years the company must undergo a complete recertification. Minimising the risk of corrupt behaviour and expanding effective measures to prevent and address issues related to this problem is one of the key criteria in the ESG assessment of a company's governance.
