CEZ Group's contact centers are among the best in the world. From the international competition in London, they brought home the silver

ČEZ Prodej's customer service centers, call centers and contact points at Česká pošta branches won a silver medal in the global Contact Center World competition organized by the Canadian Contact Center Association. ČEZ Prodej scored points in both main categories of the competition, i.e. in the Best Large Contact Centres and Best in Customer Service sections. Annually, ČEZ Prodej contact points handle over 8 million customer requests, whether in person, by phone or online.
