CEZ is Employer of the Year 2024

CEZ defended its last year's first place and became the winner of the 22nd year of the Pluxee Employer of the Year 2024 competition. The Czech energy leader won in the category of Companies with more than 5,000 employees. In addition to the approach to employees, the expert jury evaluates, among other things, the social responsibility of employers or the approach of companies to continuous training and improving the qualifications of their employees.
