• The municipality can remotely change and adjust the intensity of lighting, determine consumption online and at the same time immediately detect when there is any failure or intrusion into the distribution equipment
• Possibility to regulate the switching on and off of the lighting system (due to its location in a deep valley to set up a quarter of an hour earlier than is usual in the surrounding villages)
• Favorable chromaticity temperature 2700 K (Kelvin) - luminaires with this chromaticity temperature suppress some components of the color spectrum, especially blue, and thus reduce the impact on the surrounding nature

"These are significant savings, but when evaluating public affairs, the benefit for the community is more important to us, and it is really great in the case of new lighting. Modern LED luminaires have brought a fundamental change to our roads in terms of road safety, this cannot be compared to old discharge lamps," said Mayor Jaroslava Jurčová, adding that the municipality received a grant from the Ministry of Industry and Trade for smart lighting under the EFEKT program, the municipality did not have to borrow for the investment.
