Solution options

In practice, a combination of all three baseline options is used, always according to the individual customer needs:

• Lease of the existing generating unit from the customer, including distribution lines and subsequent implementation of supplies of this energy to customers connected to the given distribution grid
• Construction of a new modern and ecological generating unit, including new distribution lines and subsequent implementation of supplies of this energy to customers connected to the given distribution grid
• Renovation of the existing unsatisfactory generating unit into a new, modern, and ecological generation source, including new distribution lines and subsequent implementation of supplies of this energy to customers connected to the given distribution grid

Leave the financing and quality assurance to us!

Our company acts as the investor in renovating and constructing new generating units, and the customer gradually repays this investment within the long-term supply of the relevant energy. After the concluded contractual relationship is terminated, the standard options are either to continue the given contractual relationship in the following years, or the renovated/new source's ownership is transferred to the customer under predefined conditions of property settlement.

Throughout the operation of this energy management, our company is a guarantor of high reliability and quality of supply of relevant energy, fast and efficient elimination of potential failures and accidents, provision of energy dispatching services in 24/7/365 mode, and other related services for customers that increase their comfort.

At the same time, we guarantee optimal and highly efficient management of these generating units and continuous reduction of economically justified costs required for the production of relevant energy, all within the meaning of Act No. 458/2000 Sb., the Energy Act, the ERO price decisions, and all related legislation regarding the supply of the relevant energy.

LDN operation

As part of the local distribution network (LDN) of electricity, based on the granted license, we operate in particular:

• High voltage (HV), middle voltage (MV), and low voltage (LV) substations
• MV distribution transformer station
• Cable, internal high and low voltage distribution
• LV and MV cable lines including cable sets
• Control system and protections up to 110 kV
• We also carry out work using the LV (live) working method, installation of measurements, inspections, and more.
