Flue gas denitrification by the SCR method in CEZ Skawina (PL)

Subject of realization

• Installation of flue gas denitrification by selective catalytic reduction (SCR), the so-called Tail End
• Construction of two DeNOx reactors, located behind the desulphurization line
• Newly installed technology includes flue gas heating to reaction temperature, reagent injection and storage, catalytic layers, and auxiliary flue gas ventilators
• The installation will be used for flue gas denitrification from the entire power plant, i.e., from 5 boilers with a total volume of 615,000 Nm3/h
