The renovation was carried out in the autumn of 2012 and included
- Dismantling existing sources in the electric boiler room
- Renovating distributions to existing distributors
- Constructing a new gas pipeline connection and new gas distribution to individual buildings
- Installation of 6 VITODENS boilers (with outputs of 35 to 45 kW)
- Completion and handover in January 2013
