CEZ bought from Romanian Fondul Proprietatea 12% stakes for EUR 1.6 million.
In the beginning of October, after becoming 100% owner in its companies CEZ Distributie and CEZ Vanzare, CEZ Power Company bought 12% stakes in CEZ Servicii from Fondul Proprietatea. CEZ therefore owns 63% of CEZ Servicii at this moment.
CEZ Servicii was established in 2007, its most important activities are the customer relations, financial and human resources.
