Every year, CEZ Group conducts thousands of tenders, through which investment and maintenance projects, equipment repairs and the supply of materials and spare parts are contractually provided.

In connection with the Public Procurement Act (hereinafter referred to as the Act), these actions can be divided into public (above-limit) and non-public (below-limit) contracts in terms of financial limits and material nature.

The main goal of purchasing departments is to implement these tenders transparently while achieving efficient and optimal purchasing conditions.

Public contracts

Procurement procedures related to above-limit contracts - sectoral public contracts pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On the award of public contracts, as amended, are published by the contracting authority from the CEZ Group in the Public Procurement Bulletin: www.vestnikverejnychzakazek.cz, which is part of the Information System on public procurement, administered by the Ministry of Regional Development.

In accordance with Decree No. 168/2016 Coll., On the publication of forms for the purposes of the Public Procurement Act and the requirements of the contracting authority's profile, documentation for public contracts and additional information on them are published on the relevant CEZ Group Contracting Authority's Profiles.

The contracting authority's profile is an electronic tool on which the contracting authority publishes information and documentation on its public contracts in a way that allows unrestricted remote access. The Internet address of the contracting authority's profile must be published in the Public Procurement Bulletin. You can find a link to the CEZ Group Contracting Authority Profiles HERE.

Non-public contracts

These are sub-threshold contracts, ie those that do not reach the limits for public contracts pursuant to Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On the award of public contracts, as amended.

Suppliers who have been sent in writing with a request to submit a tender for a sub-threshold contract will have access to the demand documentation. Registration is required for online access to the inquiry documentation. With this registration, you will gain access rights to preview or possibly download the inquiry documentation. This registration is done through the supplier portal, which brings a number of benefits associated with electronic communication, management of your own data, online submission of tenders, etc. You can register any time.
