In the fall of 2024, a pilot questionnaire survey on sustainability in CEZ Group's supply chain was launched.

Our common goal is to behave in accordance with the principles of sustainability and due diligence throughout CEZ Group's value chain, with a special emphasis on human rights and environmental protection within CEZ Group's supply chain. In this area, it is crucial for us to obtain information from CEZ Group's suppliers while fulfilling our obligation to provide transparent information and to deepen due diligence in the supply chain in the upcoming years, with regard to new legislative requirements introduced within the European Union.

For this reason, part of CEZ Group's supply chain was approached with a request for cooperation by filling out an ESG questionnaire.

This is only an informative questionnaire survey without subsequent consequences in relation to specific contractual relationships.

Selected suppliers were approached in the pilot questionnaire survey. Their range will be expanded in the upcoming year.
