In the event of a violation of these rules by the User, such actions may be considered by the Provider as a breach of contractual terms and conditions, or such User may be denied access to the Portal.

Liability and legal jurisdiction

Any risks arising to the User from the use of this website are entirely at the User's own risk and the Operator shall not be liable for them in any way. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of this website will be heard by a court of competent jurisdiction in the Czech Republic and in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Czech Republic.

Provisions of the Rules that become unenforceable for any reason shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect their validity or enforceability.
