System launch

In the January 2024, the current supplier portal SUS will be completely replaced by the modern SAP Ariba portal (SAP Business Network).

What is SAP ARIBA

SAP Ariba is a supplier portal for the automation and management of the supply chain. Its advantages include:

  • Complete visibility into orders, invoices, competitions, and auctions, speeding up the process.
  • Invoice processing and adherence to payment terms.
  • Electronic transactions through a standard SAP Ariba account are free of charge and have no fees.
Benefits of the new system

The SAP Ariba portal will enable faster and more reliable electronic communication.

  • It will simplify the processes of ordering, invoicing, and supplier selection.
  • It will enhance transparency and efficiency in our collaboration with you.

For electronic communication, we will be using the Business Network components (orders) and Proposals & Questionnaires (requests and auctions).
