CEZ GROUP concluded a loan facility agreement for EUR 75 mil.

On 22 December 2009 CEZ GROUP has concluded a loan facility agreement for the amount of EUR 75 mil with UniCredit Bank Czech Republic, a.s. The maturity of the loan facility is 2 years. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes of CEZ GROUP.
