CEZ GROUP has concluded four bilateral loan facility agreements in total amount of EUR 255 mil with Barclays Bank PLC, Česká spořitelna, a.s., Československá obchodní banka, a. s. and Komerční banka, a.s. The maturity of the loan facilities is 3 years. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes of CEZ GROUP.
