On 17th December 2010 CEZ Group has signed loan facility amounting to EUR 200 million with European Investment Bank. The purpose of the loan is co-financing of construction of Fantanele Wind Park project with installed capacity of 347.5 MW in Romania. The maturity of the loan will be 17 years. This transaction underlines the declared joint cooperation between EIB and CEZ Group and follows the successfull transactions already closed.
