ČEZ, a. s., (A2/A-) has selected BNP Paribas, Société Générale Corporate & Investment Banking and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc as joint lead managers and active bookrunners, and Erste Group Bank AG as a joint lead manager and passive bookrunner, for a new Eurobond issue under its EMTN Programme.
