Mr. Martin Riman was elected a Chairman and Mr. Eduard Janota a Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect from 16 September 2010 at the latest meeting of the CEZ Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board appointed them both also substitute members of the CEZ Audit Committee for the period until the nearest general meeting, with the effect from 16 September 2010.
