Daniel Beneš has been approved the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of CEZ

In connection with a change to the Articles of CEZ, a. s. approved by a general meeting of shareholders yesterday, the Board of Directors of the company elected Mr. Daniel Beneš the Vice-Chairman.
