The registered capital of AKCEZ ENERJİ YATIRIMLARI SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. was increased by TRY 249,750,000 on 27 January 2009. The registered capital of the AKCEZ ENERJİ YATIRIMLARI SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. now amounts to TRY 499,750,000. The increase of the registered capital of AKCEZ ENERJİ YATIRIMLARI SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş. was, in compliance with the Company's Articles of Association, approved by the Company's Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board.
