ČEZ, a. s., with its registered office Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, Postal Code 140 53, ID Number 452 74 649 (the “Company”), would like to announce an increase of the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, CEZ Poland Distribution B.V., with its registered office in Rotterdame, The Netherlands, at Weena 340, Postal Code 3012NJ, reg. no. 24301380.
The registered capital of CEZ Poland Distribution B.V. was increased by EUR 28,730,000 on 17 September 2008. The increase has been paid up and the registered capital of the CEZ Poland Distribution B.V. now amounts to EUR 44,182,400. The increase of the registered capital of CEZ Poland Distribution B.V. was, in compliance with the Company’s Articles of Association, approved by the Company’s Board of Directors and the Company’s Supervisory Board.
