ČEZ, a. s., with its registered office Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, Postal Code 140 53, ID Number 452 74 649 (the "Company"), would like to announce an increase of the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Closed Joint-Stock Company „ČEZ UKRAINE" („ČEZ UKRAINE"), with its registered office in Kyiv, Ukraine, at 5 Velyka Vasylkivska Str. Pechersky District, Postal Code 01004, reg. no. 34728482.
The registered capital of ČEZ UKRAINE was increased by UAH 4.380.000 on 19 March 2009. The increase has been paid up and the registered capital of the ČEZ UKRAINE now amounts to UAH 7,075.000. The increase of the registered capital of ČEZ UKRAINE was, in compliance with the Company's Articles of Association, approved by the Company's Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board.
