ČEZ, a. s., with its registered office Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, Postal Code 140 53, ID Number 452 74 649 (the “Company”), would like to announce an increase of the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, „CEZ Cieplo Polska Sp. z o.o.“ („CEZ Cieplo Polska“), with its registered office in Warsaw, Poland, at Rondo ONZ no. 1, Postal Code 00-124, reg. no. 0000287855.
The registered capital of CEZ Cieplo Polska was increased by PLN 42.000 on 1 September 2009. The increase has been paid up and the registered capital of the CEZ Cieplo Polska now amounts to PLN 130.000. The increase of the registered capital of CEZ Cieplo Polska was, in compliance with the Company’s Articles of Association, approved by the Company’s Board of Directors and the Company’s Supervisory Board.
