ČEZ, a. s., with its registered office Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, Postal Code 140 53, ID Number 452 74 649 (the "Company"), would like to announce an increase of the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, „ČEZ Srbija d.o.o." („ČEZ Srbija"), with its registered office in Belgrade, Serbia, at Mihajla Pupina Boulevard no. 6, Postal Code 11070, reg. no. 20180650.
The registered capital of ČEZ Srbija was increased by EUR 500.000 on 22 June 2009. The increase has been paid up and the registered capital of the ČEZ Srbija now amounts to EUR 1.700.000. The increase of the registered capital of ČEZ Srbija was, in compliance with the Company's Articles of Association, approved by the Company's Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board.
