ČEZ, a.s., with its registered office in Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, Postal Code 140 53, ID Number: 452 74 649 (the “Company”), would like to announce an increase of the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, CEZ Trade Polska Sp. z. o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, at Nowy Świat 64, 00-357, reg. No. 0000281965 (“CEZ Trade Polska”).
CEZ Trade Polska was founded in 2007 with a registered capital of PLN 1,900,000. The registered capital of CEZ Trade Polska was increased by PLN 1,720,000. The increase has been paid by CEZ Trade Polska’s sole shareholder: ČEZ, a.s., and the registered capital of CEZ Trade Polska now amounts to PLN 3,620,000. The decision on the increase was made on 28 May 2008, and the resulting change was recorded in the Polish Register of Business Entities at the National Court Register as of 18 June 2008. The increase of the registered capital of CEZ Trade Polska complies with CEZ Trade Polska’s articles of association and was approved by the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of ČEZ, a.s.
