Long-dated Private Placement Bond Issue

Prague, 4 November 2009 - ČEZ, a. s., has completed a 10yr EUR 50mil. issue with a long-term investor, which wholly subscribed the new bond. The bond pays a coupon of 6M Euribor+1.25%. Citi acted as sole agent.
