Prague, 8 September 2009 - ČEZ, a. s., has completed a 30yr JPY 8bn issue with a long-term investor, which wholly subscribed the new bond. The bond pays a coupon of 2.845%. Proceeds in JPY has been swapped into EUR. Citi acted as sole agent.
