ČEZ, a. s., has completed a 30yr JPY 12bn issue with a long-term investor, which wholly subscribed the new bond. The bond pays a coupon of 3.005%. Proceeds in JPY has been swapped into EUR. Citigroup Global Markets Limited acted as sole agent.
