The company ČEZ, a.s., registered office in Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, Postal Code 140 53, ID Number: 452 74 649, takes the liberty of announcing the foundation of a new subsidiary company. On 2 July 2009, the company ČEZ Distribuční zařízení, a.s., in which ČEZ, a.s. is the sole shareholder, was entered into the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague. The company’s registered capital is CZK 300 million and has been paid in full. Its main subject of activity is the consolidation of as yet unclassified equipment for electricity distribution within the framework of the ČEZ Group.
