Private Placement Floating Rate Note Issue

ČEZ, a. s., (A3/A-) successfully issued a two year private placement floating rate note with nominal amount of EUR 15 million and a coupon of 3 month EURIBOR plus 0.55%. The notes were issued under the established Euro Medium Term Note Programme and were added as a third tranche to the two year private placement bond issue of EUR 86 million aggregate nominal amount issued on February 5, 2016. The aggregate nominal amount of this bond series is EUR 101 million. HSBC Bank plc acted as a sole dealer.
