Private Placement Floating Rate Note Issue

ČEZ, a. s., (A3/A-) successfully issued a private placement floating rate note with nominal amount of EUR 99 million and a coupon of 3 month EURIBOR plus 0.55%. The notes were issued under the established Euro Medium Term Note Programme and were added as the fourth tranche to the two year private placement bond issue of EUR 101 million aggregate nominal amount issued in three tranches, the first two tranches on February 5, 2016 and the third tranche on February 9, 2016. The aggregate nominal amount of this bond series is EUR 200 million. BNP Paribas acted as a sole dealer.
