Number 24426210 (hereinafter „Company"). Company ZAO Infoterm became the Sole Shareholder of the Company on May 28th 2009. The transfer of 67% shares of the registered capital of the Company complies with the articles of incorporation and was approved by the Board of Directors of ČEZ, a. s. and Supervisory Board of ČEZ, a. s.
