Tomáš Pleskač has been acknowledged the 2nd Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of ČEZ

The Supervisory Board already elected Mr. Tomáš Pleskač a member of the Board of Directors for the new four-year term with effect from 27 January 2010 before to keep continuity.  The Board of Directors has acknowledged him the 2nd Vice-Chairman today. The original mandate of Mr. Pleskač within the Board of Directors expired on 26 January 2010.
