CEO appointed Daniel Benes as the Chief Operating Officer
The Supervisory Board has today approved a proposal of the Board of Directors to add a position of COO - Chief Operating Officer - to the management structure of CEZ. The COO will be directly subordinate to the CEO of CEZ and his subordinates will be directors of administration, personnel, distribution, sales and production sections. Creation of this position will ensure future effectivity of managing and decision-making processes even with growing administration requirements of the Group and the development of its international activities. After that the CEO appointed present Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors Daniel Benes as the Chief Operating Officer.Ladislav Kříž Press Officer
