Dvur Kralove heating plant will remain in CEZ Group
The Board of Directors of CEZ Power Company decided to revoke the tender for the sale of Dvur Kralove heating plant and to terminate its sale.

The proposed amount of CEZ´s dividend: 15 CZK
Yesterday´s meeting of the Board of CEZ Power Company decided on a proposal for the amount of a dividend from the last year´s profit (non-consolidated), which is going to be submitted to the general meeting on 23rd May 2006. The Board is going to propose a gross dividend in the amount of 15 CZK per share (nominal value 100 CZK).

CEZ has submitted an improved bid for Romanian distribution company Electrica Muntenia Sud
CEZ Power Company, has today sent, within a privatization tender, an improved offer for a 67.5 % share in the Romanian distribution company Electrica Muntenia Sud S.A.

CEZ will gain the Bulgarian power plant Varna, generating capacity of CEZ Group will increase by 10 %
Sophia, May 4, 2006 ? CEZ Power Company and representatives of the Bulgarian Privatization Agency have signed a privatization contract about a purchase of the black-coal-fired plant in Varna. The generating capacity of the plant is 1,260 MW and it will increase the installed capacity of the CEZ Group in the Czech Republic and Poland by nearly 10 %. CEZ also signed a Memorandum with the Ministry of Economy and Energy, to invest an amount of 40m EUR into power projects in Bulgaria within 4 years.
