CEZ is planning to invest up to 30 bn CZK into construction of renewable power resources
CEZ Power Group is planning to invest total 30 billion CZK in the development of renewable resources within the following 15 years. About 20 bn CZK out of the sum will go to construction of new wind power plants. CEZ Group´s company CEZ Obnovitelne zdroje (Renewable Resources) has prepared a demand for a purchase of suitable projects.

Alan Svoboda has announced today that he decided to respect the opinion of the majority share-holder and resign from the Board of Directors of CEZ.

CEZ acquired another 39.04 % in Severoceska energetika (North Bohemian EDC)
Today the remaining contract documentation enabling CEZ to acquire a 39.04 % share in Severoceska energetika from the firm Segfield Investments Limited in accordance with the option contract concluded in September last year has been signed.
