Based on the suggestion of the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic, the shareholder, the General Meeting withdrew Mr. Jan Demjanovič, Mr. Zdeněk Trojan, Mr. Miloš Kebrdle and Mr. Petr Kalaš from the Supervisory Board and elected Mr. Ivo Foltýn, Mr. Lubomír Lízal, Mr. Jiří Kadrnka, Mr. Jan Kohout and Mr. Lukáš Hampl new members.

The General Meeting confirmed Mr. Martin Říman and Mr. Eduard Janota members of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Zdeněk Hrubý is the eighth member of the Supervisory Board on behalf of shareholders. The remaining four positions are for employee representatives.
