What do I need to do to register as a new CEZ Group supplier?
To successfully complete the registration, you must send a completed Authorization/Disclosure to represent the Company form, signed by persons who are authorized to act for your company according to the Commercial Register, to the e-mail address of the Purchaser or to the e-mail address servicedesk@cez.cz. The original of this Authorisation/Disclosure with certified signatures should be sent to the address below.

You can replace the paper form of the Authorization/Disclosure with an electronic form with a guaranteed electronic signature.
What is the difference between an Authorization and a Disclosure form?
- Authorization form: to be used if you are authorized by your employer to act on behalf of your company. E.g. submitting tenders, confirming orders...
- Disclosure form: to be used if you, as the Main Contact Person, are also a member of the company's statutory body or a representative of the company (as a representative, you must attach a power of attorney with certified signatures to the Disclosure).
