On 6 December 2010 company Akcez Enerji Yatırımları Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş (AKCEZ), a joint venture between Turkish Akkök Group and ČEZ GROUP, and Sakarya Elektrik Dagitim A.Ş. ("SEDAS"), Turkish distribution company privatized by AKCEZ, has signed USD 325 mil. long term Loan Agreement with IFC, EBRD and UniCredit. Proceeds of the loan will assist AKCEZ to finalize the privatization of SEDAS and will help SEDAS implement its investment programme.
