AKCEZ signs US$300 million Bank Guarantee Agreement
On 4 February 2009 company AKCEZ, a joint venture of Turkish Akkök Group and ČEZ Group, has successfully signed USD 300,000,000 Bank Guarantee Facility Agreement with Turkish banks Akbank T.A.Ş. , Istanbul Corporate Branch and TÜRKIYE IS BANKASI A.Ş., Maslak Corporate Branch that would be issued for the purpose of completing the acquisition of 100% share of Turkish distribution company SEDAS.
