Lumius Company is reliable business partner of ČEZ power company. All contracts are fulfilled in compliance with EFET agreement, i.e. Lumius pays all obligations in compliance with determined conditions and requirements for hedging of credit risk of ČEZ.
For purpose of opening of area for new trades with power electricity for years 2010, 2011 and 2012 both companies agreed on method of hedging of the credit risk of ČEZ, incl. creation of right of lien to business share of Lumius.
