ČEZ Declaration

The ČEZ Company filed a petition for starting an arbitration in relation with the Gacko project for the reason of long-term failure to fulfill the obligations of contract from the part of partners in Republic of Serbia and Bosnia-Herzegovina. The claimed amount or any further details will not be commented by ČEZ during the procedure.
