Upon verification of data in the annual report of the CEZ Group for 2007, it was found that due to a technical error during its preparation, incorrect data was published. For details, see attached errata:

In the table “Information on cash and in-kind income (gross amounts) and on securities” on page 31 correct:
1) on row 22, correct the name of the row “Number of shares held at 31 December 2006 and number of options received in 2007” to “Number of options held at 31 December 2006 and number of options received in 2007”.
2) on row 30 in column “Board of Directors” correct the value “192,177“ to “54,354”.
