CEZ GROUP concluded loan facility agreement for EUR 40 mil.

CEZ GROUP has concluded bilateral loan facility agreement in amount of EUR 40 mil with GOLDMAN SACHS BANK USA. The maturity of the loan facility is 3 years. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes of CEZ GROUP.
