On 1st July 2011 CEZ Group has signed loan facility amounting to EUR 100 million with EBRD and IFC, each institution providing EUR 50 million. The purpose of the loan is financing of investments into modernization and expansion of Albanian distribution network. The maturity of the loan will be 12 years.
