On 30 November 2009 CEZ GROUP has signed 2nd tranche of loan facility agreement amounting up to EUR 100 million with European Investment Bank to support financing of investments into reinforcement and development of distribution grid in the Czech Republic.
This transaction underlines the declared joint cooperation between EIB and CEZ GROUP and follows the sucessfull transaction closed in August this year.
