Company ČEZ, a. s., and company SLOVENSKÉ ENERGETICKÉ STROJÁRNE a.s., with its registered seat at Tlmače, Továrenská 210, ZIP Code 935 28, Slovakia, Identification No. 314 11 690, concluded Share Purchase Agreement concerning the sale of 100% share participation of company ČEZ, a. s., in company Energetické opravny, a.s., with its registered seat at Kadaň, Prunéřov č. 375, ZIP Code 432 01, Identification No. 250 40 707, and the transaction on grounds of this agreement was settled. This transfer of the shares of a company dealing in particular with maintenance services, servicing and repairing of energy equipment is part of the divestment process realization of ČEZ, a.s. capital participations.
