ČEZ, a. s., with its registered office Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, Postal Code 140 53, ID Number 452 74 649 (the "Company"), would like to announce an increase of the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary, „ČEZ Bohunice a.s." („ČEZ Bohunice"), with its registered office in Prague 4, Duhová no. 2/1444, Postal Code 14053, reg. no. 28861736.
The registered capital of ČEZ Bohunice was increased by CZK 3.000.000.000 on 2nd November 2009. The increase has been paid up and the registered capital of the ČEZ Bohunice now amounts to CZK 3.202.400.000. The increase of the registered capital of ČEZ Bohunice was, in compliance with the Company's Articles of Association, approved by the Company's Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board.
