ČEZ, a. s., with its registered office Prague 4, Duhová 2/1444, Postal Code 140 53, ID Number 452 74 649 (the "Company"), would like to announce an increase of the registered capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary CEZ Bulgarian Investments B.V. with its registered office in the Netherlands.
The registered capital of CEZ Bulgarian Investments B.V. was increased by EUR 20.000 on 31.1.2011 and entered into the Dutch commercial registry on 1.2.2011. The increase has been paid up and the registered capital of CEZ Bulgarian Investments B.V. now amounts to EUR 50.000. The registered capital of CEZ Bulgarian Investments B.V. in the amount of EUR 50.000 was, in compliance with the Company's Articles of Association, approved by the Company's Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board was informed.
