The company was founded in 2006 with a registered capital of PLN 1 200 000. The registered capital of CEZ Polska, Sp. z o.o. was increased by PLN 5 700 000. The increase has been paid and the registered capital of the said company now amounts to PLN 6 900 000. The decision on the increase was made on 28 May 2008 and this change was recorded in the commercial register as of 13 June 2008.
